MASTER VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

Friends of Mount Evans & Lost Creek Wildernesses (“FOMELC”) work includes different types of projects and it covers a wide-ranging area. For these reasons, there are a number of documents that volunteers must read and accept.

In order to participate in any FOMELC Wilderness work, you must agree to all the documents. This Master Volunteer Agreement allows you to agree to all the documents in one place, at one time. By agreeing to these documents, you are covered by U.S. Forest Service workers’ compensation should you be injured while in the wilderness working on a FOMELC project.

Each Wilderness volunteer is required to agree to the documents each year, prior to their first outing of the season.

I attest that I am at least 18 years of age and that I have read, I understand, and I agree to abide by the all of the terms and conditions in each of the following documents (the documents can be found here):
